As you’re no doubt aware, the November Year of Fate event is the Sunday before Thanksgiving. To help make the holiday enjoyable for those less fortunate, I’m going to being facilitating a food drive for Friends of Night People. They’ve specifically requested hot cocoa, coffee, and canned soup with pull tops. Items should be sealed and as fresh as possible. If you’d like to know more about the charity, please visit http://friendsofnightpeople.org/.
The food drive is, of course, voluntary. If you’d like to participate, it would be very much appreciated, but you aren’t obligated to do so.
If you can’t make it to the event but would like to donate, feel free to contact me privately and we can work something out.
I’m proud to announce that our twelfth Day of Fate is coming up, marking a full year of monthly Fate RPG events at Dragon Snack Games.
I’d like to thank the fine folks at Encoded Designs for their help in getting the group started and their continued support throughout. Also, a special thanks to Dean at Dragon Snack Games for being an amazing host, and to Rich Hewett and Ken Benner for their assistance over the past year. That said, I’m grateful for each and every one of you that has ran games or played. Thanks, everyone!
So, the first Year of Fate is coming up in less then two weeks! As always, we’ll be at Dragon Snack Games. All are welcome, so come on out on November 20th, starting at noon.
As a final note, if anyone would be able to run a game or assist in any other way (taking pictures, etc), please contact me by 11/12 at the latest.
Hope to see you there!
